1. Shipping Options

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard Post
- Australia Post Standard delivery.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Standard delivery is generally the most economical option.
Express Post
- Australia Post Express delivery.
- Available at checkout where offered.
- Includes tracking.
- Express Post provides a faster delivery service, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and circumstances.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard.
- Tracking is included where available through the selected Australia Post service.
- Delivery times vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing and local postal services.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, magazine releases, promotions or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are determined by Australia Post.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. Redbelly Press cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather events
- Postal network disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Customs processing
- International border or transport delays
- Other circumstances outside our control
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.
Customers can use their Australia Post tracking number to monitor their delivery through the Australia Post website.
Please ensure your email address and delivery details are correct when placing your order.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Redbelly Press is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage may be required before the order can be resent.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by Australia Post.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost or has not received a tracking update for an extended period, please contact Redbelly Press so we can assist with investigating the shipment with Australia Post.
Delivery investigations may take time, as they are subject to Australia Post’s processes.
7. Damaged Parcels
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged.
Where possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item/s
We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.
8. International Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by their country’s authorities.
These charges are not included in the Redbelly Press shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
Redbelly Press cannot guarantee that an international order will not incur additional customs or import charges.
9. Delivery Address
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address entered by the customer at checkout.
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full name
- Street address
- Suburb/city
- State/province
- Postcode/ZIP code
- Country for international orders

All shipping services used by Redbelly Press are provided through Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes, tracking updates and postal service availability are subject to Australia Post’s terms and operating conditions.
